Telling stories

Since walking through the door of the camera club at school I've always been fascinated by the chemicals, the science and the magic of photography.

In the meantime I've been telling stories in a different way - as a journalist. Working my way up through local papers and ending up as editor of The Hemel Hempstead Gazette, then a lovely big broadsheet.

But telling stories through photography has always been a sub-plot and nearly ten years ago I had the opportunity to start a new chapter in my life.

Since raising the camera for cash I've been lucky enough to photograph The Queen, a whole heap of celebrities and have had my work featured in local and national magazines, newspapers and websites.

My photography has taken me into hundreds of homes, factories, workplaces, sporting arenas, parties, health spas, catwalks and the Palace of Westminster.

Telling stories - that's what I still do.

Why me?

I'm based near Berkhamsted in Hertfordshire with excellent transport links to London, Oxford, M25, M1 and M40 and regularly take on a variety of projects across the UK.

I'm fully DBS checked and frequently work with the very young, elderly or less able. I work for a mix of local and national companies, charities, PR firms, newspapers and magazines. I'm fast, creative and friendly.
